dated the 19th April, 1973, is hereby published for general information:—

Amendments to Directions by the Speaker under the Rules of Procedure of Lok Sabha

In pursuance of rule 389 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in I.ok

Sabha (Fifth Edition), the Speaker has made the following amendments to the Directions:—

DIRECTIONS 109 TO 1 12

1. Directions 100 to 112 shall be omitted.

DIRECTION 113C

2 After Direction 113B, thc following new Direction 113C shall be inserted, namely:-shall.be inserted, namely:—

'(v) No-Day-Yet-Named

Motions and Short Duration Discussions

113C. Limit on number of No-Day-Yet-Named

Motions and Short Duration Dis-

cussions to the moved or raised by a member in a session,—Unless the Speaker otherwise

directs, the No-Day-Yet-Named Motions and Short Duration Discussions shall be arranged

in such a way that no member moves or raises more than two of these during a session.'
