to the late

Ministry of

Foreign

Trade

Public Notice No. 57-ITC(PN)/72, dated the 20th April, 1972 pertaining to trade

with

Bangladesh

during the period 28th March 1972 to 27lh March 1973 as amended

from

time to time. These arrangements have been extended upto 27th June, 1973 vide Ministry of

Commerce Public Notice No. 41-ITC(PN)/72, dated the 24th March, 1973.

2. It Has been decided to increase the value for import of Raw Jute from Bangladesh

under the Limited Payments

Arrangement

in accordance

with

the aforesaid

Public

Notices from 750 lakhs to 1,000 lakhs.

3 The value limit indicated against Raw Jute at S. No. 5 in Annexure II to the late

Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 57-[TC(PN)/72, dated the 20th April, 1972

may be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
