New Delhi, the 12th June 1973

S.R.O. 10-E-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec-

tion 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central

Government hereby declares every service connected with the generation and sup-

ply of electricity in the State of Bihar to be a service of vital importance to the

community.
