New Delhi, the 30th June, 1973

S.O. 361(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Seeds Act 1966 (54

of 1966) the Central Government, after consultation with Central Seed Committee being of the

opinion that it is necessary and expedient to regulate the quality of Seeds of varieties specified

in column (1) of the Table below, to be sold for the purpose of Agriculture, hereby declares the

varieties in the said column to be notified Varieties for the purpose of the said Act in respect of

he areas specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said table, namely :—
