New Delhi, the 10th August 1973

G.S.R.39i(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre)

Rules, 1966, the Central Government, in consul tation with the State Governments concerned

hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of

Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely:—

1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength)

Third Amendment Regulations, 1973.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India.

2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations,

1966—

(a) for the heading "Andhra Pradesh" and the entries occurring thereunder, the following

shall be substituted, namely:—
