NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th June 1975
S.O. 274(E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 208(E), dated the 16th May, 1975, the Central
Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 1975, as the date on which the Insurance
Act, 1938 (4 of 1938), shall come into force in the State of Sikkim.
