2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places indicated below:—

3. The effect of the above-mentioned amendments will be that the items, namely,

mutton tallow and palm oil shall not be allowed under tho import policy for Registered

Exporters except in cases where these items are permitted ini column 4 in Section II of

the Red Book (Vol. II) against the exports of relevant products.
