NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 5(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951

(61 of 1951) read with rule 11 of the Indian Administrative

Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, hereby

makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Ad-

ministrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, namely :—

1. (l) These rules may be called the Indian Administra-

tive Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 1978.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-

cation in the Official Gazette.
