ORDER

New Delhi, the 21st January, 1978

S.O. 29(E) 15/IDRA/78. -Whereas the industrial under-

taking known as Messrs. Gayday Iron and Steel Company

Limited, Kodarma, District Hazaribagh, Bihar, is engaged in

the scheduled industry, namely, iron and Steel pipes ;

And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion

that the said industrial undertaking is being managed in a manner

highly detrimental to the scheduled industry and to public

interest ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the" powers conferred by sec-

tion 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act,

1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby appoints,

for the purpose of making a full and cocnpletc investigation into

the circumstances of the case, a bodjwif persons consisting of ;—

1. ShriR.N.Chaudhry,

Chairman

Director (Technical Development)

Government of Bihar, Patnu.

2. ShriT. R. Mohan Rao,

Member

Assistant Development Officer,

Directorate General of Technical Development,

New Delhi.

The above body shall submit its report within a period of

six weeks from the date of publication of this Order in the Offi-

cial Gazelle.
