to the satisfaction of the Asstt. Collector of Customs that the

goods have been manufactured out of skelp, or C.R. Strips,

as the case may lie, and appropriate duty at the rate applicable

to skelp/C.R. Strips as the case may be under item 26AA of

the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944

(1 of 1944) has been paid on such skelp/C.R. Strips.
