ORDER

New Delhi, the 17th February, 1978

S.O. 106(E)/15/IDRA/78.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section

15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the

Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order, of

the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial

Development) No, S. O. 29(E)/15/IDRA/78 dated

the 21st

January, 1978,

namely ;—

In the said Order :—

(i) under the heading "Member", after serial No. 2, the following serial

number shall bo inserted, namely :—

"3. Shri V. P. Singh,

Member

Sccretary-cum-Financial Consultant,

Bihar Industrial and Technical Consultancy

Organisation, Patna,"

(ii) for the last paragraph, the following paragraph shall be substituted,

namely:—

"The above body shall submit its report to the Central Government

before the 18th March, 1978."
