ORDER

G.S.R.No.l56(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955),

the Central Government hereby makes the following order

further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices)

Order, 1970, namely:-

1. (I) This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of

Ceiling Prices) Amendment Order, 1978.

(2) It shall come into force at once.
