NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th March, 1978

G.S.R. 16<KE)—IDRA/30/2/78 : Whereas a draft of the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings (Amendment) Rules,

1977, was published as required by sub-section (t) of section 30 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1931),

at pages 1725 to 1735 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 3 Sub-section (i) dated the 25th August, 1977 with the noti-

fication of the Government of Tndia in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. G.S.R. 593(E)/IDRA 30/2/77,

dated the 25th August, 1977 inviting objections or suggestions from all persons Ukoly to be affected thereby by the 15th October, 1977 ;

And whereas tho said Gazette was made available to the public on the 9th September, 1977 ;

And whereas the suggestions received have been considered by the Central Government ;

Now, therefore, in exorcise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of

1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings

Rules, 1952, namely .—

1. These rules may be called the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings (Amendment) Ruels, 1978,

2. In the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings Rules, 1952 for form G, the following form shall be substituted,

namely ;—
