(b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trust Act, 1963 (38 of

1963) the Central Government is pleased to appoint Shri Lamartine Da Rocha,

Chief Engineer, Movmugao Port Trust, as Deputy. Chairman, Mormugao Port

Trust with effect from the 3rd March 1978 and until further orders.
