ORDER

New Delhi, the 6th March, 1978

S.O. 151(E)/No. E(C), 1977/AM(43).—In

exercise

of

the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports

(Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Govern-

ment hereby makes the following Order further to amend

the Export (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may

be called the

Exports (Control)

Tenth Amendment Order, 1978.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, after clause

15 Savings (j), the following shall be added :—

"(k)—Export of Blood

group on (Bombay Pheno-

type) meant for scientific research or emergency

medical treatment,

as life

saving measure on

humanitarian grounds, by the Director, National

Blood Group Reference

Laboratory,

Bombay,

on the basis of a specific

certificate issued by

him to this effect in each case."

powers conferred by

Section 3 of the Imports & Exports

(Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government

hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Ex-

ports (Contiol) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Ele-

venth Amendment Order, 1978.

2. In Part 'A* of Schedule I to the BKports (Control)

Order, 1977, the existing

entry

appearing against

S. No. l(b)(17) shall be substituted by the follow-

ing :—

"Snakes (All species, except venom)."

3. In part B of Schedule I to the Exports (Control)

Order, 1977, the following item shall be added after

S. Mo. 4(b)(l) :—

"2—Vonom of Snukes .
