ORDER

Now Delhi, the 10th March, 1978.

G. S. R. 167(E).—In exercise of the powers

conferred by

sub-clause (1)

of clause 14 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, as continued

in force by sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act,

1955 (10 of 1955), the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby

makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govern-

ment of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food),

No. G.S.R. 1169, dated the 2nd July, 1963, namely :—

In the said notification, in the Schedule, for the entry in column 4, against

item "High-density polythene containers" in column 1, the following entry

shall be substituted, Damely :—

"Manufacture from high-density polyethylene in accordance with relevant

provisions of the foods, Drugs and Cosmetic Act or Regulations of

Food and Drugs Administration of the United States of Ainerici."
