NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 10th March, 1978

G.S.R. 170(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section

4 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962),

the Central Government hereby sanctions the issue of one lakh

twelve thousand five hundred shares of the Central Warehousing

Corporation of the face value of one thousand rupees each,

amounting to 11.25 crores of rupees, as its eighth issue, out of

the total authorised share capital of fifty crores of rupees divided

into five hundred thousand shares of the face value of one thou-

sand rupees each.

G.S.R. J71(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section

4 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962),

the Central Government hereby specifies Ihc period upto (he

30th September, 1978 as the period by which the sixty percent

of the share capital cf the eighth issue of one lakh twelve thou-

sand five hundred shares of the Central Waiehousing Corpora-

tion of the face value of one thousand iupees each, amounting

to six hundred seventy five Jakhs of rupees, may be subscribed

by the institutions mentioned m cclumn (1) of the Table below

in the proportion mentioned in the corresponding entry in

column (2) of the said Table.

tion 5 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962),

the Central Government hereby fixes the minimum re le of annual

dividend, guaranteed by it on the one lakh twelve thousand five

hundred shares of the eighth issue of the Central Warehousing

Corporation, at five and a half per cent per annum.
