NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th March, 1978

S. O. 173(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), lead

with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), and all other

powers enabling it in this behalf, the Election Commission hereby makes the

following amendment to its notification No. 318/78(4), dated the 8th March,

1978, namely : ~

For the existing entry in column 2 of the Table appended to the said

notification, against the entry 14. Rajasthan, the entry "The Deputy

Secretary (I), Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Jaipur" shall be sub-

stituted.
