S.O. 200 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

section 5, read with sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers

and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property)

Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), and in partial modification of the Order

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart-

ment or Revenue and Insurance) No. S.O. 41(Li) [No.l205/F.No.

414/2/76-lT(lnv)], dated the 15th January, 1976, the Central

Government hereby directs that the competent authority, Delhi

shall perfonn his functions in respect of the persons specified in

the Schedule attached hereto and in respect of such persons the

competent authority, Bombay, stmll not perform his functions.
