No. 29-ITC(PN)/78 dated the 4th May, 197R.

2. In pursuance of the aforesaid sub-para 363(iv) of the

Hand Book, the names of inytitutions eligible to impou goods

under OGL in terms of the said Para 45 of the Irnpoit Policy,

are given in the list annexed to (his Public Notice. Tho

imports will be subject to the conditions applicable to R&D

units laid down in Appendix 10 to the Import Policy, 1978-79.
