NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th July, 1978

S.O. 457(I£).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82 B of the

Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government

have

decided that Shri R, S. Gupta, District & Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, Government

of Haryana who has been appointed Claims Commissioner to deal with all the

claims arising out of the accident to 2 DN Ahmedabad-Delhi Mail between

Ajarka and Bawul stations on Alwar-Rewari Section of Jaipur Division of

Western Railway on 23-11-77 vide this Ministry's notification of even number

of 14-12-77 (S.O. 838-E) and who has since been transferred as District and

Sessions Judge, Karnal will continue to work as such in addition to his own

duties as District & Sessions Judge, Kamal. His headquarters will continue to

be at Rewari.
