Public Notice No. 57-ETC(PN)/78

New Delhi, the 21st August, 1978

Subject :—Scheme for exports under O.G.L. 3 of Textiles made from Cotton,

wool and man-made fibre excluding jute, silk and flax to USA and

EEC member States from 1-1-1978 to 31-12-1978,

[File No. 2/6/78-EI].—Attention is invited to Department of Commerce Pub-

lic Notice No. 9-ETC(PN)/78, dated 14-2-1978, on the above subject.

2. In paragraph 2 of the said Public Notice, the following shall be added at

the end :—

"In respect of readymade garments and knitwear quota allotment will

also be made by the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council to

those shippers who arc registered with the Apparels Export Promo-

tion Council, New Delhi."

3. All other conditions and procedures as laid down in the aforesaid Public

Notice shall remain unchanged.
