RESOLUTION

F. No. A-lI(U9/70/77-Ad. VIL—In the Government of India Resolution

No. A-11019/70/77-Ad. VII dated the 30th January, 1978, extension of time

upto the 31st August, 1978 was granted to the Committee of Experts on Direct

Tax Laws for submission of its final Report and the draft Bills to the Ministry

of Finance. The Government of India have now decided to extend the term

of the Committee upto the 30th September, 1978.

ORDER

Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned

and that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
