S.O. 609(E).—In exercise of [he powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports

and Exports (Control), Act, 1947 (18 of 1947). as amended, the Central Gov-

ernment hereby makes the following amendment to the Open General Licence,

No. 8/78, issued under ITC Order No. 14/78, dated the 3rd April, 1978.

2. In the Schedule to the said Open Genera] Licence, the item at S. No. 17

viz., 'Dates' shall be amended to read as under;

"17. Dates imported by Indian Sailing Vessely'".
