New Delhi, the 27th October, 1978

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 618(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

aection (4) of section 6 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipe-

lines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50

of 1962), the Central Government hereby directs that

the

right of user for laying pipelines in the lands specified in

the Schedule annexed hereto, which was declared to

acquired by the

Central Government by the

notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and

Mines (Department of Steel) number 4(3)|76-KDM (I) dated

the 25th October, 1978, under sub-section (1) of Section 6

of the said Act, shall, instead of vesting in the Central Gov-

ernment vest on the dale of the publication of the aforesaid

declaration in the Official Gazette, in the Kudremukh Iron

Ore Company Limited.
