PUBLIC NOTICE

New Delhi, the 19th December, 197S

Under rule 4 of the Customs and Contral Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971

(Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK publlshod in the Gazette of India Extra-

ordinary, dated tho 25th August, 1971) the Contral Government hereby makes the

following araoadments in the table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK-

PN-1 datod tho 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time:—

1. The rates of drawback mentioned against Sub-Serial No. 2103 to 2107 shall

bo valid upto 28-2-1979.

2. For Sub-Serial No. 2108 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall

bo substituted, namely:—

"2108 Industrial leather gloves—

(a) made of all leather

4% (Four per cent only) of the

f.o.b. value.

(b) with cloth backing and cotton cuffs.

2.5% (Two point nvo per cent

only) of the f.o.b. value.

The abovo rates of drawback are valid till 28-2-1979.
