Sub : Scheme for exports under OGL. 3 of Garments and Knitwears made

from Cotton, Wool and man-made fibres to USA, EEC Member-

States, Norway, Finland, Austria and Canada from 1-1-1981

to

31-12-1981.

1977/AMU91) dated tho 1st January, 1981, on the above subject.

2, It has been decided that during the period 1-1-1981 to 31-12-1981 neces-

sary endoiscmonts on Shipping Bills shall be made by the Apparels Expoit

Promotion Council in respect of export of Woollen Knitwears to the countries

under the above scheme. However, in respect of Woollen fabrics and made

ups the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council will continue to make such

endorsements.
