CUSTOMS

G.S.R. 1 (E) .—In pursuance of sub-clause(i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3)

of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the noti-

fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Re-

venue No. 197-Customs [G.S.R.No.564(E)] dated the 1st October, 1980 the Central

Government hereby determines that, for the purpose of section 14 of the said Act,

the rate of exchange for conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in
