New Delhi, the 1st January, 1981

CUSTOMS

G.S.R. 2(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by gub-secti$n (1)5 of

section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Gov^rnraent

being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts

Instant Coffee, falling under Heading No. 1 of the Second Schedule -to-the

Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), when exported out of India, from

the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the saicf""Se^ld

Schedule.
