(4 of 1939) and in partjal n edification of the notification of

the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and

Transport (Transport Wing) , No. S.O. 393(Ej, dated the 10th

July, 1979, the Central Government hereby specifics the number

of tourist vehicles specified in column (4) of the Table below in

respect of which the Stale Transpon Auihoiily of a Stale

(including Union teiritory) specified in column (3) may, for the

purpose of promoting touiism, grant permits for the whole or

any part of Itnlia in lespect of the class of tourist \ehidc specified

in column (2), of the said Table :
