S.O. 13(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of bub-clauso (i) of clause (c)

of section 2 of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 (18 of 1973), the Central

Government heieby designates, for the purposes of the provisions of section

19 of Ihnl Acl the Ccnlinl Board of Secondary Education, having ils office

at 17-B, Indraprastha Estate, New Delhi, nu ni¹ -rpjpiopifan nu'horily in respect

of school-, in the Uniou Tcrritoiy of Delhi which piepare, or m.,y heieafter

prepare, students foi, and present lhan, to nil oi any of the following public

exnminaiions, namely :—

1. AH India Secondaiy School Examination, conducted by (he Central

Hoard of Secondaiy Education, New Delhi.

2. All India Senioi School Ctititiciitc Examinalion, conducted by the

Central Board of Secondaiy Educalion, New Delhi.

2. The notification of c\cn number dated the 1st September, 1979 is hereby

cancelled, but such cancellation shall not ulfect (he validity of nny thing

done or any action taken undci the snid notification before its cancellation.
