G.S.R. 13(E).—Jn exercise of the powers conferred by sec-

tion 3 of tho E«sentlal Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of

1955)

the Central Govemrrient "hereby makes the following order,

further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of deling Prices

Ordei, 1970, namely :—

J. (1) This Order may be called the Kerosene

(Fixation

of Ceiling Prices) Amendment Order, 1981.

(2) It shall come into force at onco.

2. In the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970,

for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall ba substituted,

namelv :—

tion 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955),

the Central Government hereby makes the following

Order

further to amend the Light Diesel Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices)

Order, 1973, namely :—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Ligh tDioael Oil (Fixa-

tion of Ceiling Prices) Amsndtnjnt Ord;r, 1*81.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. For the Schedule appended to the Light Diesel Oil (Fixa.

tion of Ceiling Prices) Ordar, 1973, the following

Schedule

shall be substituted, namaly :—

G.S.R. 17(E).—In oxcrdso °f the powers conferred by sec-

tion 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955),

the Central Government hereby makes the following Ordar

further to amend the Furnace Oil (Fixation of Ceiling PHcos and

Distribution) Order, 1974, namely : _

1. (1) This Order may be called the Furnace Oil (Fixation

of Ceiling Prices and Distribution) Amendment Ordsr,

1981.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. For the Second Schedule appended to the Furnace Oil

(Fixation of Ceiling Prices and Distribution) Order, 1974 the

following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :—
