ORDER

Nev\ Delhi, the 131h January, 19S1

G.S.R. 18(E)/Ess.C«>ni./SUgar.—In exercise of the poweis

coDferred by 6ut section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential

Ccmmodititu Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Cen.xM Govern-

ment, hereby makes the following Order, namely ,—.

1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Deter-

mination fni ]980-81 Production) Amendment Order, 19K1

(2) ft shall come into force at once.

2. In the Sugar (Price Determination for J980-S1 Pioclm-

lion) Order, 1980,—

(a) In Schedule V,—

(i) under the heading "NORTH BIHAR", after serial

number 13 and the entry relating thereto, the follow-

ing serial numbers and entries shall be inserted,

namely :—

"14. Beliiind Sugar Co. Ltd., P O. Righa, District

Muzaffarpur.

15. The Vishnu Sugar Mills Ltd., P.O. Vishnu Sugaj

Mills, Gopalganj, District Saran.";

(ii) under the heading "GUJARAT", after serial num-

ber 11 and the entiy lelating (hereto, the following

serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely :—

'"12 Shrce Mahuva. Pradesh Sahukari Khaml -Udyou

Mandi Ltd., P.O. Zervavia, District Surat." ;

dii) under the heading "MADHYA PRADESH",

after

serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the

following serial number and entry shall be inserted,

namely :—

"3. The Malwa Sahakari Shakkar Karkhnna Limited

Barlai (Kshipra), District lndore,¹',

(iv) under the heading "MAHARASHTRA", after serial

number 72 and the entry relating thereto, the follow-

ing

numbers and entries

shall be inserted,

namely :—

"73. Shree Chaatrapati Shahu Suhdka.ri Sakhkar Kar-

khana Ltd., Kagal, District Kolhapur.

74. The Godavari Sugar Mills Ltd., P.O. Lakshmi-

wadi, District Ahmednagar." ;

(b) In Schedule VI,—

(i) under the beading "NORTH BIHAR", serial num-

bers 13 and 16 and the entries relating thereto shall

be deleted ;

(ii) under the heading "MAHARASHTRA"., serial num-

ber 5 and the entry relating thereto shall be deleted.
