NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th January, 1981

S.O. 26(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section

2 of the Bengal Chemical and Pharmaceutical Works Limited (Acquisition and

Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (58 of 1980), the Central Government

hereby specifies. —

(a) that 15th day of January, 19K1 as the specified date for purposes

of sub-section (1) of section 17 of the said Act ;

(b) the 1st day of February, 1981 as the specified date for purposes

of section 19 of the said Act.
