CORRIGENDUM

No. DRAWBACK/PN—1/81.—In the Public Notice No.

DRAWBACK/PN-40/80 dated the 19th September, 1981,

published in Pait !, Section (1) of the Gazette of India (E\tra-

ordimiiy) dated the l^th September, 1980, the Central Govern-

ment hereby makes the fo'lowing corrections therein :—

1. In Serial No. 1 for the words "Prcpaffialion,"

read

"Preparations,."

2. In the column 'Rate of Drawback' against sub-seriul

No, 102 for the word "net" read 'lare.'

3. In the column of 'Rate of Drawback' in item (b) against

sub-serial No. 103 for the words "(one thousand containers."

No. DRAWB\CK/PN-4/81:—Under rule 4 of the Customs

and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification

No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India—

Extra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971) the Central Govern-

ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table

published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated

the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time.

1. The oxisting description of goods against sub-serial No.

3804 should bs substituted as under:—
