2. In this connection it has b;cn decided that export of garments, all type;, viz

non-quota items exported to quota countries and all items exported to non-quota

countries, will ho allowed under OGL-3 by the Customs aftei endorsement on Shipp-

ing Bills by the Apparel Export Promotion Council

3. Accordingly the following shall be added aftei S. No. 70 (XIII) on pBge 22
