subsection (1) of Section 18FB of the Industries (Develop-

ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that

ments in foive immediately before the date of issue of the

said Order (other than those relating to secured liabilities to

banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial under-

taking known as "vlcssis. Motor and Machinery Manufactuiers

lights, privilege, obligations and linbilitits accruing or arising

And whereas the duration of the said Order was further

extended upto the 16th January, 1981 ;

And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the

duration of the said Order should be extended for a further

peiiod upto and inclusive of the 8th October, 1981 ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the

Industries (De\,uopnn.ni and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of

19511, the Cential Government hereby extends the duration

of the said Oidci upto and inclusive of the 8th October, 1981.
