the 16th October, 1973, is amended subsequently, the Four-

teenth Draw for the award of prizes to be decided bv draw of

lots from among account-holders in the Post Olricv Saving-,

Bank, who have kept a h lane; of not less than Rs. 200, which

qualified for intact during the period Irom April to September

19R0, will be held on the 31st January, 1981 at the Guild of

Service Hall, Madras. The draw will commence at 10 00 A.M.

nrid will be held under the supeivision of the Government of

India. For this purpose the Government of India havt cons-
