exercise

of the

powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control)

Order, 1966 the Central Government, hereby, makes the fol-

lowing amendment to the notification of the Government of

India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food),

No.G.S.R. 575 (E)/Ess.Com./Sugarcane, dated the 8th October,

1980, namely:—

In the Schedule to the said notification, under the heading

"KARNATAKA", for serial number 13, under column (1) and

the corresponding entries relating thereto under columns (2)

and (3), the following serial number and entries shall be sub-

stituted :—

authorities, bodies and associations as are considered necessary

by it to bo consulted, hereby, on the basis of Ihe basic minimum
