NOTIFICATION

S.O. 48(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of Section 2 of Uie Prevention

of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby

appoints Shri A. G. Lakhani to perform all or any of the functions of the

Director of the Central Food Laboratory, Pune vice Dr. (Mrs) S. M. Vachha,

for the period from 14th January, 1981 to 31st January 1981 (both dntes

inclusive), and makes th© following further amendment in the notification of

the Go\ernroent of Ind«u, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Depart-

ment of Health), No. S.O. 81(E), dated the 8th February, 1978, namely :--

In the Table to the said notification, against item 2, in column (i) foi the

existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—

"Shri A. G. Lakhani"
