NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 23rd January. 1981
G.S.R. 31(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (1) of section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61
of 1951), read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre)
Rules, 1966, the Central Government, in consultation with the
Government of Tamil Nadu, hereby makes the
following
regulations further to amend the Indian1 Forest Service (Fixa-
tion of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :—
1. (1) Thtese Regulations may be called the Indian Fbrest
Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Second
Artiendrtient
Regulations, 1981.
(2) They shall come into, force on the date of their
publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation
of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, for the heading 'Tamil
Nadu" and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall
be substituted, namely :—
"TAMIL NADU"

G.S.R. 32(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

(51 of 1961), read with rule 11 of the Indian Forest Service
(Pay) Rules, 1968, the Central Government, in consultation
with the Government of Tami 1 Nadu, hereby makes the following
rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules,
1968, namely :—
1. (1) These Rules may be called the Indian Forest Service
(Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 1981.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their
publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 1968 :—
(a) In Schedule HI-A-Posts carrying pay above the time
scale pay in the Indian Forest Service under the State
Governments, in the Table, for the entry "Tamil Nadu"
occurring in the first column and the corresponding
entries in the second and third columns, the following
shall be substituted, namely :—
