NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th January, 1981

No. 14/9/80-Presa.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of

the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government

hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting No. 2/1/77-Press,

dated the 29th May, 1978, namely :—

In the said notification,—

(i) serial number 3 and the entries against thereto shall be omitted ;

(ii) serial numbers 4 to 12 sjiall be renumbered as 3 to 11 respectively.

The resignation of Shrimati Amrita Pritam has been accepted by the Central

Government.
