S.O. 73(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section f4B) of section I OF of the Companies Act, 1956

Law Board (Bench) Rules, 1975 and in supersession of the

Company Law Board's Order No. 1 of 1980 duted the 3rd

No. 14 and Bench No. 1.*> may hear and dispose

of finally all petitions and applications made in

respect of companies functioning in the Eastern,

Western and Southern Region¹, before the Company

Law Board under the Company Law Board (Bench)

Rules, 1975.

ORDER NO. 2 OF 1981

S.O. 74(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule

4 of the company Law Board (Bench) Rules, 1975 and in

supersession of the Company Law Board's Order No. 2 of I960

dated the 3rd June, 1980 issued in this behalf, the Company

I aw Boaul hereby directs that while petition under Explana-

tion to clause (IRA) of section 2 and petitions under sec-

tions 17. 18 and 19 of the Companies Act, 1956 shall bo

dealt with by ihc Two-lVtember Benches of the Company

Law Hoard constituted vide Company Law Board Order No,

1 of 19K1 dated the 28th January, 1981, petitions in relation

to all other mailers including issuing of directions and inter-

locutory mallors shall be dealt with by any Member of these

Benches sitting singly.
