G.S.K. 38fE).—/Ess. Cbm*/Sugarcane—In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, and having regard to variooi

factors mentioned in sub-clause (1) thereof, the Central Government, after con-

sultation with such authorities, bodies and associations as are considered neces-

sary by it to be consulted, hereby, on the basis of the basic minimum price of

sugaicJne at Ra. 13.00 pei quintal linked to a recovery of 8,5 per cent or bleow

of sugar with a premium of 15.2941 paise per quintal for every 0.1 per cent

increase in recovciy above 8.5 per cent, fixes, with immediate effect, the price

specified in column (3) of the Schedule heicto annexed as the minimum price

of sugarcaDe which shall be payable by the owners of the vacuum pan process

sugar factory specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the

said

Schedule or their agents for sugarcane delivered at the gate of the factory or

at any purchasing centre for the sugar year 1980-81 until the 30th September,

1981,

subject to the rebates payable therefor under clause 3A of the said

Order.
