NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th January, 1981

S.O. 75fE).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 10 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951)

and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the

Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 860(E\

dated the 22nd October, 1980, published in Part II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii)

of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 27th October, 1980, the

Central Government hereby makes the 30th day of June, 1981, as the date

within which the owner of every existing industrial undertaking engaged in the

industries specified in the Schedule to this notification shall obtain a certificate

of registration.

SCHEDULE

1. Printing, including litho printing industry.

2. Cutlery.

3. Zip fasteners (metalic and non-metallic).

4. Gil stove*.

5. Steel furniture.

6. Graphite crucibles.
