NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 30th January, 1981

S.O. 76(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act,

1976 (21 of 1976), lie Central Government, being requested

so to do by State Bank of India establishes, with effect from

the 31st January, 1981 a Regional Rural Bank in the State

of Madhya Pradesh under the name of Raigarh Kshetriya

Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits of

the district of the district of Raigarh in the State of Madhya

Pradesh.

S.O. 77(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act,

1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consultation

with

the Reserve

Bank

of

India

and State Bank of

India, by which Raigarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been

sponsored, specifies Raigarh as the place where Raigarh Kshe-

triya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

S.O. 78(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a)

of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India

Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies,

for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Raigarh Kshetriya

Gramin Bank, Raigarh being an institution established under

sub-section

(1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural BanVi

Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).,

NOTIFICATION

Bombay, the 31st January, 1981

S.O. 79(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6)

of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India, Act, 1934 (2 of

1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion

in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank,

namely :—

"Raisarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Raigarh (M.P.)".
