G.S.R. 48(E).—In exercise of the powers confened b> nb-iule (1) of rule

6 of the C.cntial L^'ise Ruiei, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in

the MiuisLiy of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insmauce) No. 141/72-

Cetral Excises dated 3rd June, 1972, namely :—

"In the said notification, in the pioviso, in clause- (iii), the words ''for

processing" shall be omitted.
