G.S.R. 49(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8

of the Central Excise Ruleh, 1944, the Cenlia] Government heieby makes the

following further amendment in the notification of this Govcrment of India,

in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 68-76—Central Excise dated

the 15th Mmch, 1976, namely :—

"In tlif Table t.nnexed to the uuA notification. Serial No 6 and the

entries, lelnting thereto ihall be omitted.
