NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th February, 1981

G.S.R. 51(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, tho President hereby makes the

following rules further to amend the Small Scale Industry Organisation [Class I and Class II (Gazetted Posts)] Recruitment Rules. 1962,

namely :—

1.(1) These rules may be called the Small Scale Industries Organisation [Class f and Class II (Gazetted Posts)] Recruitment (Amend-

ment) Rules, 1980.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In Schedule VI to the Small Scale Industries Organisation [Class I and Class II (Gazetted posts)] Recruitment Rules, 1962, for item

3 and the entries relating thereto, tho following item and entries shall be substituted, namely :
