ORDER

New Delhi, 'the 7th February, 1981

S.O. 91(E).—In exercise of the poweis confened by Section 5 of the

Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby

directs that the power to make orders under clnuses (c), (d), (f), (h), (i) and (j)

of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall, in relation to the cattle

fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto

annexed,

be

exercisable also by the Collectors in the Districts of Kutch, Banaskantha, Sabar-

kantha, Mehsana, Panchmahals, Rajkot, Surendranagar, Jamnagar, lunagadh and

Valsad of the State of Gujarnt

2, This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the

date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 31st August,

1981.
